The 11 buildings will consist of hotels and condominiums with a total of approximately 1,000 rooms. It is planned to attract restaurants and retail stores on the lower floors.
In phase 1, four buildings will be constructed. One of them will be completed between 2022 and 2023, and the remaining three will be completed in three to five years. It will take approximately 10 years to complete all buildings.
The planned 6-ha construction site is located on the east side of Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono, and is currently used for parking and other purposes.
Apart from this, the company has a long-term plan to build a new accommodation facility on the south side of Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono. PCPD is also planning to construct a lift that connects the ski area and golf courses in the Weiss area, which are owned by the company, to the Hanazono Niseko ski resort.
