Orchid Sakura Global Limited (British Virgin Islands), a real estate investment company comprised of Asian investors, is planning to develop four villa lots in Niseko Town. Land development is scheduled to begin in mid-August. The builder for the project will be decided at a later time.
The planned construction site is located at Niseko 425-1, which is close to the Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area. Four villas and one facility building will be newly built on the 44,319m2 site.
The civil works are scheduled to begin on August 15, and are expected to be completed on August 31, 2022.
Of the four villa lots, three lots ranging in size from 4,400 to 16,000 m2 will be sold. Plans call for a two-story private house to be constructed on each of the three lots, along with the one lot owned by the operator. Hokkaido Project Development will be responsible for the architectural design.
