ホテルなど11棟、8月造成着工へ
不動産取得などを手掛けるヌプリ・ホールディングス合同会社(東京都千代田区丸の内3丁目1の1、代表社員サミット・パフォーマンス)は、倶知安町花園エリアにホテルなど11棟の宿泊施設新築を計画している。8月にも土地造成に着工し、2026年9月の全体完成を目指す。施工業者は今後決める。
内訳はホテル2棟、コンドミニアム3棟、タウンハウス5棟、温泉施設1棟で、構造はいずれもRC造。ホテルとコンドミニアムは4、5階、タウンハウスは2階建てとし、延べ床面積の合計は1万6805m²を見込む。建築設計はファウンド(本社・札幌)、土木設計はタガミ企画(同)が担う。
建設予定地は倶知安町岩尾別266の1で、ニセコHANAZONOスキー場から1.5km東に位置する。
11日の住民説明会を経て3月にも開発許可を申請。建築の着工は23年5月ごろとなる見通しだ。

Nupuri Holdings to Construct 11 Accommodation Facility Buildings, including Hotels, in Hanazono, Kutchan
Nupuri Holdings GK (headquartered in Tokyo), established by Hong Kong investors, is planning to construct 11 new accommodation facility buildings, including hotels, in the Hanazono District of Kutchan Town. Land development will begin in August, and the goal is to complete the entire project in September 2026. The construction contractor will be decided from now on.
The project will consist of two hotel towers, three condominium blocks, five townhouses, and one hot spring facility, all RC structures. The hotel towers and condominium blocks will be four or five floors high, and the townhouses will be two floors high, with a total floor area of 16,805 m2. It is planned to have 83 rooms of either 43 m2 or 46 m2 in the hotel towers, 28 condominium units of 88 m2 each, and 30 townhouse units of 70 m2 or 76 m2. The hotel operator has not been decided yet, but it is expected to be a luxury brand company.
FOUND Co., Ltd. (headquarters in Sapporo) is responsible for the architectural design. The planned construction site is 266-1 Iwaobetsu, Kutchan, 1.5 km east of Niseko Hanazono Resort. After requesting permission for the civil works this March, the project team intends to start building construction around May 2023.
