Marumi Co., Ltd., a real estate developer (Minami 16-jo Nishi 8-1-38, Chuo-ku, Sapporo), plans to develop 39 villa lots and construct other buildings on a 10 ha site in the Hirafu district of Kutchan Town. Land preparation is slated to begin in May 2023.
The proposed site is located at 3-jo 152, Niseko Hirafu, approximately 1 km east of Niseko Tokyu Grand HIRAFU.
The site covers an area of 100,332 m2, of which 72,328 m2 is residential land, where besides villas, two center house buildings housing restaurants and shops will also be constructed. A villa lot has an area of at least 1,000 m2, and each owner can select the designer and builder.
An access road of 700 m long and 12 m wide will be constructed to connect the villa area known as Lower Hirafu with Hokkaido Prefectural Road Route 343, the main road of the resort area. It is planned to designate the road as a municipal road once it has been completed.
Niseko Real Estate manages the project. ALA serves as the architectural designer of the center houses and Takushoku Sekkei Co. is in charge of civil design.
After constructing the center houses from September 2023 to November 2024, the project team will start to build villas in April 2025.
