Pacific Century Premium Developments Limited (PCPD), a leading real estate developer based in Hong Kong, plans to construct some 25 villas in the Hanazono district of Kutchan Town. Land preparation of the 25 ha site is slated to start as early as the end of April. A builder will be selected later.
The proposed development site is located at 5-5 Hanazono, adjacent to the west side of Hanazono Golf Course, which is operated by Nihon Harmony Resort, a subsidiary company of PCPD.
The 247,803 m2 development site includes residential land covering an area of 51,447 m2. An access road will be built to connect the site with Hokkaido Prefectural Road Route 58, and a hot spring well will be drilled to supply hot spring water to each villa. Land preparation is scheduled to be completed by the end of November 2024.
Docon Co., Ltd. is responsible for civil design, and Nikken Sekkei Ltd. serves as the building designer.
Construction of the buildings will commence in 2024 at the earliest, while the scale and completion time are yet to be determined. It is also still being considered whether the lots should be marketed as such or as a house and land package.
