Supernova Furano GK (Tokyo) is planning to build a new condominium building, tentatively named KOA HOUSE FURANO, in Furano City. Hokkaido Tracks Development (Kutchan) will be in charge of management. The contractor is yet to be decided, and construction is expected to start in July 2021.
Hong Kong-based real estate company Pacific Century Premium Developments (PCPD) is planning to develop Hanazono South Village, where 11 new accommodation facilities will be built in Kutchan Town. The construction will be divided into three phases, with phase 1 starting next spring. The designer and contractor will be selected in the future.
The Sapporo Station South Exit North 4 West 3 Block Urban Redevelopment Preparatory Association plans to build a 220-meter-high skyscraper with 40 floors above ground for the redevelopment of the North 4 West 3 block in front of JR Sapporo Station. It consists of a high-rise section that houses a hotel and offices, and a low-rise section with a height of approximately 50 meters that houses commercial facilities and parking lots.
Tokyo-based Wealth Management, a real estate investment company, is planning to develop a luxury hotel in Kutchan Town. It will invest in a special purpose company (SPC) that holds the trust beneficiary right of the development site and proceed with the project jointly. Considering the design period and construction period, it is expected to take three to four years to open.
Apex Property, a Hong Kong-affiliated real estate development company (5-1-4 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo, Managing Director Sylvia Tang), is planning to develop a luxury chalet area referred to as “Hanacreek” in Kutchan Town. The company will begin to develop 68 lots for residential and other use in 2021 and start construction in 2023. The contractor will be decided in the future.
