Tokyu Land Corporation (1-21-1 Dogenzaka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Masashi Okada) and Tokyu Resorts & Stays Co., Ltd. (1-10-8 Dogenzaka, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; President: Toshiyasu Awatsuji) plan to jointly rebuild Hotel Niseko Alpen in Kutchan Town into a new facility with a total floor area of approximately 30,000 m². Construction will begin this fall, and the new facility is expected to open in the winter of 2026.
The hotel will cease operations on March 31, and will then be demolished. The new facility is positioned as a condo hotel for the affluent class and will have more than 100 guest rooms as well as a swimming pool, sauna, training room, and other amenities.
The current hotel is located at 1-4-5-18, Niseko Hirafu, Kutchan-cho. It opened in 1986.
