Singapore’s Rooftop RE (Japan), which is engaged in real estate development, is planning to build a new condominium hotel called NISEKO KYO in Kutchan Town. Construction will begin in April and is expected to be completed in September 2023. The contractor will be decided in the future.
The building, with six above-ground floors and two basement floors, will be a reinforced concrete structure. The total area will be 5,215 m2, and the number of guest rooms will be 20. There will also be a parking lot for nine cars and a food and drink area in the basement. H2 Planning was in charge of the design. Niseko Alpine Developments (Yamada 193-54, Kutchan) will act as a local agent for the owner.
The planned construction site (Yamada 193-34, Kutchan) covers an arear of 1,714 m2 near Niseko Grand Hirafu Ski Resort.
According to Malaysia’s Premium Intelligence, which is the project manager, six types of rooms will be created. The price per unit is yet to be decided, but the company plans to promote sales mainly to wealthy individuals in Japan and overseas.
